This allows us to create the highest quality honey which comes from healthy bees in clean environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raw honey retains all its healthful properties; rich in nutrients with enzymes, antioxidants, and amino acids. In its natural form, this honey has traces of beeswax, pollen, and propolis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Texture:<\/strong> Liquid. This honey has been lightly filtered to preserve the liquid texture. However, it will crystallize over time. You can heat it to change it back to liquid (requires above 40\u00b0C internal temperature) or you can enjoy it as is with the crunchy feel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taste:<\/strong> Light to medium sweetness with floral and fruity notes.
